Terms of use
Effective 20 October 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and Muhammad Zaki Al-Afrani, trading as discoverd (“we”), for using the denumi app. By using denumi you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Using denumi
- You need to be at least 13 years old, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms.
- Keep your sign-in account secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Only invite people you want to share your home’s pet care with. Everyone in a home can see its pets, routines and history.
- Don’t misuse denumi: no breaking the law, no trying to access homes you aren’t a member of, no interfering with the service, and no uploading content you don’t have the right to share.
Your content
What you add, such as pet names, photos and notes, stays yours. You allow us to store and show it to the people in your homes, only to run denumi. See the privacy policy for how we handle data.
Pet care is still up to you
denumi helps you keep track of care, but it is not veterinary advice, and reminders can arrive late or not at all (for example when a phone is offline or notifications are off). Always follow your vet’s instructions, especially for medicine.
Paid features
denumi is free to use. If we offer paid features later, they will be sold through the App Store or Google Play under those stores’ terms, and we will show the price and what you get before you buy.
Changes and ending
- We may change or stop features. For important changes to these terms, we will tell you before they apply, by email or in the app.
- You can stop using denumi and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.
No warranty and limits of liability
denumi is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by missed or late reminders. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
